New repair strategy for main computers

Since April 1, 2015, HEIDENHAIN also has been offering a new repair strategy for the main computers of the series MC 42x, MC 624x and MC 634x. The spare parts were reallocated, making the repair packages much more customer-friendly. The repair depth was enlarged as well. What is more, all main computers are now available in the HEIDENHAIN Service Exchange.

  • Clean the device.
  • Inspect the device.
  • Repair or exchange small parts.
  • Exchange the drive.
  • Exchange a small PCB.
  • Exchange the fan.
  • Update the hardware and software.
  • Perform a 24-hour RUN-IN test in the climatic chamber.

  • Plus repair or replacement of further defective components

Repair package Function 2

  • Plus repair or replacement of the processor board
